The CCCS requires a username and password to access the Member's Only section of our Web site. You should have been prompted to enter your assigned username and password in the pop-up window that just appeared. If this pop-up does not appear, one of two problems has probably occurred.

You should first check to make sure you are not running special software that blocks pop-up windows. Although this software might be great for blocking certain types of advertisements, it also blocks your ability to log into the Member's Only section of our site. You can remedy this problem by temporarily turning off this software. We also suggest that when you login, you use the "remember me" functionality so you will not be prompted in the future. After you have logged into the Member's Only area, you can then return to your pop-up blocking settings.

If you are not running pop-up blocking software, you may have JavaScript disabled in your browser. Sometimes JavaScript is used to run special programs on a Web site. The CCCS uses JavaScript extensively so it must be activated in your browser in order for the site to work properly.
