Lodging Reservation information at the Las Vegas Tuscany Suites & Casino

ROOM RESERVATION

Room rates are net-non-commissionable and will be subject to Clark County room tax, which is currently 13.38% subject to change. Registered guests Must be over 18 with a valid out-of-state ID or 21 with a Nevada ID matching reservation to check-in. The HOTEL will waive the $39.00 resort fee per night for the group.

Guests will make their reservations directly with the Tuscany. Call the Tuscany Room Reservations Department at 877-887-2261 and ask for Clive Cussler Collector's Society group rates. Each individual is required to provide a major credit card for the first nights room and tax deposit, which will be charged to guarantee accommodations. All reservation requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days before the groups arrival date. Reservation requests received after the 9/10/2024 cutoff will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.

Hotel Lodging is not included in your Convention ticket price.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

In the event you must ship materials for a function at the Tuscany, all package/box deliveries must be
addressed as follows:
1) Name of the On-Site Contact
2) Group Name
3) Arrival Date
4) C/O:
Tuscany Suites & Casino

Las Vegas, Nevada 89169-4708

Your shipments should be sent to arrive no more than three (3) days prior to your event. All packages and boxes received for individuals or vendors are subject to a shipping/handling fee for a total weight of all materials sent as follows:

5 to 50 lbs. $10.00
51 to 100 lbs. $25.00
101 & over $50.00
Pallets (each move) $125.00

Daily storage fees may apply for packages earlier than three (3) days. This daily charge will equal cost of
the package fee. The hotel is not responsible for packing or for supplying any packing materials. Any materials left behind without shipping instructions will be discarded within three (3) business days.

SECURITY

CLIENT acknowledges that HOTEL and the CCCS cannot be responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, supplies, written material, or other valuable items left in the function rooms, subject to HOTEL liability under applicable law. Accordingly, CLIENT acknowledges that it will be responsible for providing security to any such aforementioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility for loss thereof, subject to HOTEL liability under applicable law.
